First download and install FTP Voyager
from http://www.ftpvoyager.com on one of your servers (the other server
must have an FTP server setup and running).
Start "FTP Voyager" using the desktop icon.
The first dialog presented should be called "FTP Site Profile Editor".
If not, you can open this from the main window using the "Edit" menu, "Site Profiles…"
In the "FTP Site Profile Editor" dialog,
click the "New Site" button, enter the FTP server details (your other
server), and click the "Close" button.
In the "FTP Voyager" main window, from the "Schedule" menu, select "Start/Show FTP Voyager Scheduler…".
In the "FTP Voyager Scheduler" window, from the "View" menu, select "Options…".
In the "Options" dialog, in the "General"
section, make sure that "Run as system service" is checked so that the
scheduler always runs. Click the "OK" button to exit the "Options"
dialog.
Back in the "FTP Voyager Scheduler" window, click the "New" button.
In the "Scheduled Task Settings" dialog, click the "Select" button.
In the "Select FTP site profile" dialog, select the server created earlier, click the "OK" button.
Back in the "Scheduled Task Settings"
dialog, in the "Name" field enter a name for this synchronization,
select the "Schedule" tab, enter your required schedule for the
synchronization, and click the "OK" button.
Back in the "FTP Voyager Scheduler" window, right-click on the task just created and from the popup menu select "New Action…".
In the "Action" dialog, in the drop-down
box select "Synchronize local folders", specify the remote and local
folders and the synchronization parameters desired, click the "OK"
button.
